| 2 days a week | $178 |
| 3 days a week | $235 |
| 4 days a week | $288 |

There is a 5% reduction in tuition if the total annual tuition is paid in full by September 1st.
Tuition is due on the first of each month.
A $20 late fee will be billed if tuition is not received by the 10th.
Our school year runs mid-August through mid-May. For your convenience, yearly tuition is divided into NINE (9) equal payments, with the first payment due September 1st. Each payment is the same regardless of holidays, short vacations, or absenteeism. Payments can be paid in cash or checks. We do not accept debit or credit cards
Children are our FIRST concern, but in order to do things for the children we need monetary support. Since we depend on tuition for the operation of the school, we want to make our tuition policies clear.
To withdraw a child from Shadow Rock Preschool:
If the director is advised at least two weeks in advance, any unused tuition will be refunded on the basis of the number of class days remaining in the month.
BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROCESS:
At the beginning of each school year, students are apprehensive as to who their teachers might be and how are they going to make new friends. Over the years, we have found that our slow integration process has been extremely successful and provides an easy transition for your child into the Preschool/KDO environment. It includes:
- TEACHER HOME VISITS – These begin our school year. One of the teachers from your child’s classroom will call your home a week or so prior to the beginning of school to schedule a time when she or he can visit your child in their own environment. She or he will probably bring a small activity to do with the child while allowing them to feel comfortable with this new person. They will also bring along paperwork needed to be completed by the parents prior to the first day of school.
- CHILDREN’S OPEN HOUSE – You and your child will be invited for a short visit to see the classroom and meet the “other” teacher(s) along with perhaps a few other students and parents. Your child’s visiting teacher will provide exact dates and times at the home visit. This is an important part of your child’s introduction to school and you will want to set aside time for it.
- GRADUAL CLASS INTEGRATION – On the first full day of Preschool, only half of your child’s class attends. The other half attends on the second day. The entire class then comes on the third day of regularly scheduled class.
- AND, WE’RE OFF AND RUNNING!
Students who register mid-year are eligible to begin classes after all registration forms, immunizations, and fees have been completed.
